ITRUL LLC Govorun Privacy Policy
Scope
ITRUL LLC operates Govorun Appointment Confirmations, an optional, nonmarketing SMS program for callers who request a service-request summary or a customer editing link. The current service is a demonstration: a saved request does not confirm availability or a real appointment.
Information and purpose
The service receives carrier caller information and processes speech to answer questions. When you provide them, structured records may include your name, requested service, address, preferred date and time, consented callback number and corrections. Consent records include recipient number, date, method, call reference, disclosure identifier and version, the disclosed script, model-reported consent decision, and event evidence that a new caller answer followed the disclosure. The transient answer is hashed; its raw text is not retained. These records support your request, optional messages, operator review and troubleshooting.
Voice and identity
Govorun does not retain raw call audio or caller transcripts in application storage. It retains structured details and aggregate event/usage diagnostics. Carrier caller ID does not independently verify identity or number ownership. Speech and telephone providers process information to operate the service and may have independent retention practices.
Optional SMS
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of booking or purchase. Messages contain requested service summaries or address/date/time editing links. Consent to these service messages does not authorize marketing or promotional messages; the current program sends none. Frequency depends on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Withdrawal through support
You may withdraw SMS consent by emailing info@itrul.com or contacting support with a clear request to stop messages. An operator records the withdrawal and blocks future Govorun sends. Email processing is manual; no automated inbox monitoring or fixed response-time guarantee is claimed.
Sharing
ITRUL LLC does not sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information, or share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not bought, sold, rented, transferred to another campaign or used for unrelated purposes. Service providers may process information necessary for this service: Twilio for telephony and messaging, OpenAI for speech and assistant processing, and Cloudflare for hosting and application storage. This processing supports the requested service, rather than third-party marketing.
Retention and contact
Per-call diagnostic storage is scheduled for cleanup 24 hours after a call closes or fails. That is not a deletion period for central CRM drafts, requests, consent records or operational records. Central CRM records currently have no automatic expiration; they are retained for request management and consent traceability until removed by the operator. Provider retention is independent.
