ITRUL LLC Govorun SMS Terms
Program
ITRUL LLC operates Govorun Appointment Confirmations, an optional, nonmarketing SMS program for callers who request a service-request summary or a customer editing link. The current service is a demonstration: a saved request does not confirm availability or a real appointment. This program is being registered through US A2P 10DLC; it does not promise delivery in every country or network. No promotional messages or third-party lead generation are included.
Consent and costs
You may decline SMS without losing access to request handling or other services. Consent applies only to this program’s service-request or appointment-related SMS and the recipient number you confirm you are authorized to use. This consent does not authorize marketing or promotional messages, and the current program sends none. Any future marketing would require a separate lawful consent process and program; it is not part of this program. Caller ID alone does not prove identity or ownership. Message frequency depends on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping and help
When active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent by emailing info@itrul.com or contacting support with a clear request to stop SMS; STOP is not the only accepted method. Support requests are processed by an operator, who records the withdrawal and blocks the recipient number in Govorun. No automated email monitoring or fixed processing-time guarantee is claimed. The intended sender is +1 803 630 0300. A withdrawal stops further messages, apart from an allowed confirmation of withdrawal. After an opt-out, a new voice request does not override the block; written re-opt-in using the configured START keyword and fresh consent are required before further service-request messages. Sending remains inactive until keyword handling, suppression and campaign approval have been verified.
Editing links
An editing link permits address, date and time corrections; changes require review and do not automatically confirm a real appointment or change service or price. Links expire after 24 hours, permit one successful update, and become invalid after the source request revision changes. Anyone who possesses a valid link can access its permitted fields; treat it as private. The current editing page is https://govorun.leg.workers.dev/edit. sms.itrul.com is the information and policy site, not the editing-link host.
